Update April-24<br>We just sold our co-op. Danielle is super thorough and made the process extremely simple. The unit sold within six days of the listing. We were able to get asking price, as well.<br><br>Danielle is a superior communicator, and we appreciate all that she has done for us. Danielle did an amazing job in helping my fiance and I find our ideal home. She was always responsive when we saw a house we liked and would set up a viewing of the houses within 1 or 2 days. Whenever we had a question she was always available to answer them. Danielle was friendly, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed her. She guided us all throughout the process straight to the closing table. Danielle was more than our agent , she became a friend by the end of the process!
