    I'm really unhappy with my recent customer service experience. I told them exactly how much gas I wanted, but the attendant filled the whole tank anyway, way more than I asked for. Now I'm stuck with an unexpected and inconvenient overcharge. He was super rude and hostile too.

    I cannot believe that the gas station attendant just told me to "LET HIM SPEAK" after I asked simply if I could park out of the way since there were many people waiting to put air in their tires and thought I needed a plug for my tire. He started rolling his eyes, throwing his arms up and repeating let him speak after his temper tantrum I told him calmly to not speak to me that way ever. I've never had such a terrible experience there. It is a shame because for years I've gone there and there are so many wonderful and helpful workers there. Including the mechanic today who said to just sit for a few minutes. Thank you for being kind and I would advise the manager (if in fact it wasn't the manager speaking to me that way..) to take a look at who was the gas attendant on Saturday 11/30/24 at 12:45pm and remind him that's he has no right to shout over someone that asked once where she would be out of their way. He made it a point to say "I only pump gas I am NOT the mechanic" Yes clearly
