    A lot of confusion on how to get to Lot E (the route changed after the Bruno Mars concert from how it was set up before the concert). Drivers were going over the median to avoid the long lines, only to find more lines closer to the pickup a point. Before the concert, there were numerous staffers guiding people to the drop off point. Not very many were there after to help guide people. Just madness....
