  Daniel is such a great attorney, and absolutely helped us on our transaction.<br>Before Daniel, I was using a different lawyer on a real estate purchase. The seller was dealing in bad faith but my then-attorney was terrible. That transaction failed and I went looking for a new attorney. Luckily I found Daniel.<br>Once I made an offer on a new house, Daniel started getting to work representing me from Day One. He is responsive, very thorough, and not afraid to give you his opinion even if it is something that is contrary to your viewpoint. His attention to detail and expertise saved me enough money which almost paid for attorney fees in itself.<br>I myself am detail-oriented and inquisitive, so I had many questions as first time homebuyer. Daniel was more than happy to answer all my questions and concerns clearly and thoughtfully. His recommendations for inspectors and other 3rd party were great too.   Dan was great helping us setup new companies for our business. We do real estate investing, and Dan has been a godsend. He got our companies setup and registered real quick and was our lawyer on 6 or 7 investment deals so far. He is fast, get the job done, and know what we need. Very flexible and willing to work with our time schedules. Also he does evictions. He helped us out when tenants don't pay or give us problems. Dan is better then alot of lawyers I used before. Look no further!

  Daniel Hwang is a crook!<br><br>On Mon, July 20, 2020, 11:55 AM I reached out to Daniel Hwang about an upcoming subject-to purchase transaction. I mention to Mr. Hwang I would like for him to represent me and the seller in this transaction. After discussing details with Mr. Hwang we agreed on a price of $3000. We also agreed that I will send him all the info needed to move forward, and he will draft up a contract for the transaction. The next day July 21, 2020, I received an email from Mr. Hwang requested his retainer fee of $2,250 & my signature. After going back and forth on terms we came to an agreement. So I signed and sent Mr. Hwang $2,250 on July 25, 2020, via (Square Invoice). On Tue July 28, 2020, I received the drafted contract from Mr. Hwang. Ironically that same evening I had a conference call with the sellers of the Property/transaction. Which was the turning point of the whole deal. Sellers stated that after thinking and talking to a few friends they no longer feel comfort
