I'm Alba Ruiz, but I market myself as Alba Realty. As a graduate of Montclair State University, I have a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Management but I truly uncovered my passion in recent years as a REALTOR(r). I got into real estate in 2020 and since then, I've been working on building my brand as a REALTOR(r), social media lifestyle blogger, and Youtube content creator. These days, what keeps me busy is teaching buyers and sellers about real estate, traveling to new destinations on my bucket list, and my family.

I have had the great pleasure of working with Alba in real estate transactions. As an attorney, I do many transactions and know the great difference a good realtor makes. Alba, for example, goes above and beyond to serve her clients, often taking on not just her responsibilities, but sometimes that of the agent on the other side just to make sure things get done and ensure no delays in a transaction. She is personable, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares about the client's satisfaction. She is fluent in Spanish as well, which is an added bonus to our mutual Hispanic clients.
