La valse des Fleurs is a hidden gem.<br>A Parisian cafe in Englewood NJ. When you're there you feel like you're in Paris.<br>Everything about the cafe, the vibe, the decor, the soft background music of French chansons and most importantly the food is wonderful.<br>Since finding La Valse des Fleurs I've already been there several times for breakfast and lunch and each time the food was delicious.<br>I really recommend going there for great food and a great French atmosphere.

This European cafe is a surprisingly authentic and aesthetically pleasing delight.<br><br>The teas are not bitter and offer an vast selection of unique and pleasing variety.<br><br>The omelet was light and fluffy to perfection. The tartine had a perfectly balanced combination of flavors. The salad was also a perfect balance and complimented the main entre.<br><br>The desserts were spectacular, especially the Bavarian cheesecake.<br><br>Honestly, my friend and I felt as though we were transported to Europe for a mini-vacation.<br><br>The staff do not rush the patrons and it was a great place to connect with friends over great drinks and food.<br><br>Adored this place!
