    I was seriously considering buying a car from this dealership and had been emailing back and forth with someone there, asking questions about the vehicle and arranging a pre-purchase inspection before making a long drive.<br><br>When I finally called, I discovered that the entire email conversation had actually been with AI. There was no indication I was talking to AI. In fact, the emails were even signed "Sent from my iPhone," making them appear to be personal responses from an employee. I found that incredibly misleading.<br><br>When I spoke to an actual person, he didn't seem to know much about the car beyond what was on the Carfax and couldn't answer most of my questions. While I was still talking to him and explaining my frustrations about the AI situation another phone rang and he told me to hold while he answered it. I ended the call there.<br><br>I had been prepared to rent a car, drive up, have the vehicle inspected, and potentially buy it. The experience was enough for me to
