Scott was very nice but never got back to me . Called 3 times . I needed a quote , a week has gone by . I said to the secretary , I need for him to get back to me soon , I want to get this done, or else I have to try somewhere else . I overheard that other guy Not Scott , say ( well he wants to go somewhere else then tell him to go somewhere else . Very unprofessional, for a person just trying to get a quote .

I've had to bring my car to Team Paramus Collision twice for repairs, and each time the service has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Joe, in particular, is great to talk to and made the entire process easy. After the repairs were completed, my car looked perfect--the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Team Paramus Collision for their exceptional service and professionalism.

DO NOT USE. Used these guys for a minor repair after someone rear-ended my Lexus. Communication was poor at first with the front desk. It took 3 separate interactions before they would actually give us a time to schedule for an estimate. Got there to get an estimate and they were confused why we were there, even though they told us to come in. Got an estimate, no issues there, they seemed friendly at first. We also asked if they could do tires while they had it and they agreed.<br><br>Insurance calls us to tell us to pickup the car today (not the "Team Paramus"). So we call the shop, they say the car is done but no tires. Not only can they not give us the price of the tires, they can't give us a time when the tires will be installed next week. No idea why they weren't going to be available but insurance wanted us to return the rental, so fine. An hour later we get a call saying the tires just arrived, but they don't know the price on the tires. This raised red flags. An hour later, we
