  From the moment I walked into Bella Cera I felt taken care of by Annette! She made my first time getting a hydrofacial smooth and relaxing. She left my skin feeling cleaner than it ever has before and even suggested some products during my visit that would help support my skin barrier and acne. I can't wait for my next visit with her!

  I never leave negative reviews, but I feel other clients should be aware of my experience.<br><br>I booked a facial before an important event and specifically chose a treatment with less downtime. During the appointment, extensive extractions were performed without any clear discussion that they would be added as an additional service or incur an extra $40 charge. I had never even heard of extensive extractions. I asked the owner Annette, for an invoice and was surprised to see the added charges. The next day I woke up with significant scabbing and lingering marks that extended beyond the original blemishes I came in with. You could actually see her literal nail marks scabbing (see pictures) Over a week later, I am still dealing with visible marks from the treatment.<br><br>What has been most frustrating is the way this was handled afterward. The business acknowledged that communication surrounding the extractions "could have been handled better" and initially offered the $40 as a futu

This consent is sent and required to be signed by EVERY client before having any facial services performed. You had arrived with scarring which is also stated on your consent form as your main reason for coming in.   Seriously the best facial I've had in years!!!! She truly cares about our skin and does not rush the service in the slightest. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. My skin was glowing and looked 5yrs younger. I can't wait to go back for another hydrafacial. 10/10 experience and result.

  annette is truly amazing at what she does.from the moment i walked in she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of.her energy is so calming and you can tell she genuinely cares about your skin and your experience.my facial was everythinggg.my skin felt so clean refreshed and glowing after.she took her time explained everything she was doing and gave me tips that actually made sense for my skin.it didnt feel rushed at all which i really appreciated.you can tell shes passionate about what she does and really knows her stuff.if youre looking for someone who will not only take care of your skin but also make you feel relaxed and confident annette is the one

  I had the most relaxing experience at Bella Cera! Annette was so sweet and really makes the space feel zen. I got a hydrofacial that left my skin feeling and looking so hydrated and healthy. Highly recommend booking any service with Annette!
