I called to place an order to go and requested eggs to be well done on fried rice, whoever was taking order today Korean lady said we cannot do well done on eggs because we are too busy, what kind of bs is that ? How long does it take to fry egg to get well done?? They cannot spare 1 min more to satisfy the customer I can imagine how foods are cooked and served, used to spend quiet amount of money at this food court for my employees but never going back again....since they are too busy they don't need small customer like me , I've never put this kind of review before but today I'm very upset

They need to get their logistics under control. The customers are confused on when to pick up their food!!! They have the customers playing guess when food comes out when they call the number!!!
