    Lived here for two years and enjoyed the peace and quiet here. Management is friendly and caring and it's an affordable and safe place. The one and only issue is that it floods very often and fills up the parking lots, and many tenants lost their cars including me in a heavy rainstorm. Had to always preplan where to park my car on rainy nights instead of my designated spot.

    Average apartment complex in a low area so it floods frequently, but not into the apartments.
