  I do not recommend this doctor. If I could give zero stars, I would. Her bedside manner was appalling. I found her to be condescending and disrespectful throughout my experience.<br><br>I felt uncomfortable and as though I was being talked down to, rather than treated with the professionalism and respect that I expect from a doctor.<br><br>This is my honest experience and review. Not only did this experience result in losing me as a patient, but I also feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

  These ppl are robbers. She charged me $3,000 then when I arrived she wanted another $3,000 for intimate bleaching.<br><br>I called and asked for a refund and dispute the charges but Dr. Gor dispute the charges to my credit card.<br><br>I didnt get any service done and she lied and told me to come on Tuesday to get the last of my refund and she never came to the office. The office was close. Please stay away. I will show you her messages that I screenshot and she tries to delete them. Im going to create a Facebook, Instagram and TikTok regarding her.<br><br>Then she tell me to come get a check on Tuesday. When I arrived thr office was close no one answered the phone. I drove 3 hours to get there with no reply. I will continue to go back with the police until she gives me back my $1000.

  For the amount of area and pigmentation , that was the charge for 6 months of treatment . Inspite of no refund policy we did refund you knowing your financial situation and we doing two consultations for free. Please don't use such phrase as robbers etc. ..please correct your facts , you disputed your cc charges that's why money couldn't be returned to you till you stopped the dispute, still we returned your 2 K . your cc didn't accept the last transaction of 1K so we asked you to come and colle

  Terrible service. I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and arrived at 3:45 PM since I had to fill out a bunch of documents that had nothing to do with gynecology. The doctor's assistant went upstairs and didn't even bother to come down to say anything, so I ended up waiting 45 minutes and left. They saw me with a baby, and she started crying, and they didn't even bother to help. I do not recommend this place to anyone--there is a clear lack of professionalism and respect toward patients.

  Hello, thanks for your review. At 4 pm staff asked you if you were ready with paperwork and you were not . Since you were not ready she went to help another patient, when she came back to look for you, you were gone.<br>we gave you privacy , time and space without rushing you as you were taking time feeding the baby and that delayed you finishing paperwork , imagine if we had rushed you in the room how you would have felt ?   If I could give minus zero stars, I would. Before coming to this office, please READ.<br><br>I recently switched to another GYN for several reasons, but the most frustrating part has been trying to get my medical records from Dr. Hetal's office. We submitted the request on August 27, and as of October 14, they've only sent one Pap result According to my new Doctor's office. I'm currently dealing with a medical issue, and my new doctor can't even compare past results because the records were never sent. It's unacceptable -- do I really need to hire a lawyer just to get my own medical records? and if you are thinking, why dont i call them? they dont answer th phone!<br><br>Now, the main reasons I changed doctors:<br>1 Lack of sensitivity: Despite being a woman, Dr. Hetal shows no sensitivity toward her patients. During Pap tests, she just goes in with the tool--no warning, no "1, 2, 3," no "take a deep breath." Nothing. It feels mechanical and disrespectful.<br>2 No communication allowed

  I've had a consistently frustrating experience with this office. Despite my insurance covering a wellness visit, I was repeatedly charged fees--something they claimed was part of their internal policy. Additionally, any test results required a separate in-person follow-up, which lasted only a few minutes but still came with a $30 copay. I've decided to switch providers, and they're charging me to obtain my own medical records. It's become clear to me that patient care is secondary to profit at this practice. I would not recommend this office to those seeking transparent and patient-centered care.

  If your insurance has copay we need to charge that .. if there are reports that need to be explained then we need inperson consultation . If we have to give records that needs staff time and papers , ink etc .. we wish you the best ..

  I would never see this Dr or recommend ,<br>I saw many years ago , negative attitude and rude ,<br>You always want to see a Dr that will have a smile and explain things to you in a nice way not with any negative or condescending attitude,
