  I've been coming here for a while, but this time the service was exceptional. Christian, who works here, went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my car (it needed a new alternator, battery, front and rear rotors, brake pads, a serpentine belt, and a power steering flush). Christian was very helpful and took the time to show me everything that was wrong and explain what I could do to prevent further damage. A special thanks to Oscar, who also worked on the car. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire! They were amazing, and I left very happy. The price was reasonable considering all the work involved, and they got it done in a reasonable timeframe. A personal thank you to Christian--they're the best!<br><br>This was my first experience at Mavis, and luckily, it's in my area. After a bad experience at Pep Boys, I decided to try Mavis, and I don't think it will be my last visit. The team was very friendly and helpful.   Christian provided excellent service and was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. It's clear that Christian takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. I would definitely recommend Mavis STS because of the great experience I had with Christian.

  Poor customer service in Sunday. Went for an oil change and I've been waiting for 15 minutes. No one is in the office. When I approached the mechanic he told me to go in the office; he was eating. I'm going to my regular place.
