Telling someone to read a bleeping sign is not great customer service and very unprofessional. I may have parked in a wrong spot, but not being from the area, the parking lot to pick up my car was very scary in the back of a random building. Being charged $50 for maybe 10 minutes of "storage" is also not appreciated in addition to the cash only payment.

The tow driver really helped out alot and was very nice! The guy put his son's baseball game on hold to come pick me up!

Driver came extremely fast, at 3:00am. I had locked myself out of the car, it was still running.<br>He got into the car in less than 5 mins, filled out my paperwork, and was on my way in no time.<br>Excellent service.
