  Home health aid Blanca states I have to speak Spanish she took my laundry and she stated she was bored so she took my son also when I didn't ask her t to wash it and stated I made her do it she called the agency every minute if I ask her to dry the shower she didn't cook me breakfast or lunch or dinner when Lydia came in for the assessment, I explained to her how the case was, and she said that she could do the case, but because of the fact that I complained, and I sent the aid home for sleeping, she decided not to take the case anymore because I said I was going to report her to the border nursing because the aid was being abusive by stating I needed to speak Spanish to her

  I recommend 100%this agency. Royalty Home Care finds someone who meets your needs. The manager Lydia sent Felicita to work for my mom- she was a great help and company for my mom. My mom was so happy and satisfied with her work.<br>Recomiendo esta agencia 100% y especialmente a la trabajadora Felicita . Ella trabajo para mi mama . Y mi mama estaba muy feliz con ella :)<br>Thank you for taking care of my mom.

  They are wonderful! From the very beginning they have shown professionalism and caring. They made sure that all my mom's needs are met and handle her with care and compassion. The home aid could not be nicer! Yanet is gentle, loving, quiet, sweet and treats my mom with love. Thank you guys so much!

  Royalty Home Care has been a great help to us. Lydia found the perfect person for our needs. Lydia came to the house to see the situation and meet mom then sent someone who was professional and caring. Lydia is always available to help with all moms needs.
