  I cannot say enough great things about Pangione Developers, who we hired to add an addition to our house. Dave was straight forward from the start, everything was clearly written out in the contract and there were no surprises. Pangione Developers stuck to the timeline they gave us, he kept us up to date and told us when everything would be starting, we were never left in the dark. The craftsmanship throughout our addition is unmatched. We added a master bedroom, garage, family room with a basement underneath. Also added a deck off the family room. When looking at our house you cannot tell anything was added - they made it look as if it was built this way from the start. Within the house he did some custom work for us that really made our vision come to life. We cannot recommend them enough for your next home renovation!

  Excellent service!! Pangione developers/ Dave is very skilled, professional and honest. We are very pleased with his work. We couldn't find a better contractor for our home renovation. Our neighbors were even impressed with his professionalism and skilled work. Our house has been transformed into a Beautiful home, and we are very thankful for him and his crew for doing such a great job.   I can't begin to express the level of professionalism and craftsmanship David Pangione offers. From start to finish David walks you through ever step of your transformation process. There are no surprises! Remodeling or any construction can be nerve wracking but David assured us during the contract signing that his method is organized, transparent, and efficient. He was not lying! From day one I was in constant communication with David. Every decision was mutually agreed upon and documented. Like I said, NO SURPRISES!!! His eye for detail is impressive and we valued his opinion and insight. He has definitely mastered his craft and it shows. We just moved in and have received so many compliments from neighbors, people walking their dogs, and even people that live nearby and are just driving past while we are outside.   We are currently pursuing legal action against Dave Pangione for an unpaid balance on our new build. After receiving our Certificate of Occupancy (CO), we had a final credit of approximately $3,800. However, when we reached out to collect the balance owed, he suddenly claimed we owed him $1,450 for additional charges--none of which we had ever signed off on.<br><br>Previously, we were forced to put in writing that we agreed to all aspects of the project. Yet now that he owes us money, he conveniently no longer requires our approval for these so-called extra charges. He even stated that if we "reply agreed," he would not ask for the $1,450--an obvious attempt to avoid paying what is rightfully ours.<br><br>Since refusing to pay for unauthorized charges, we have received no response from him. We are now proceeding with small claims court to recover the funds owed. Until we receive our rightful payment, we will continue to share our experience on all available platforms to warn others.<br
