I found out about Steve @ Live Current Electric through Google because i needed work done at my Fairview property. The house is 94 years old and needed new switches, light fixtures and ceiling fan etc. Steve is prompt, very knowledgeable and showed up when he said he would. That is probably the most important thing these days about a contractor. Actually showing up when they schedule a time with you. I was so impressed by his work and his attention to detail that I also used his services to replace the attic fan in my personal home. I will continue to use his services in my home as well as my other rental properties. Everyone also always wants to know about pricing. I would say his pricing is more than reasonable versus other contractors I've worked with in the past. Worth every penny! Schedule an appointment with Steve @ Live Current Electric. I was having a horrible problem with a hanging light going off and on. The super and the porter could not figure it out! Stephen figured out the problem pretty quickly and even came prepared with new LED bulbs to replace the old ones!
