I have received 3 surveys and they don't do anything about it. You increased a year ago $5 to improve and nothings is been done. Gyms are places where bacteria, viruses, fungus spread rapidly. You MUST HIRE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY that uses specific cleaning products to sanitize this place at least once a day. I went on Monday, this hair in the shower is the same as I saw today. Soap scum, dust in the showers. This gym at night is packed. You have to get that company to clan every night after it closes to sanitize the mats, bathrooms, showers and machines. When was the last time you cleaned the water fountain? Change filters? It's disgusting. If Health Dep visits you I assure you you will get at least a fine for uncleanliness. Don't pretend the guys you hire to stay at the front are the appropiate people to clean. No. That can rearrange the weights, clean a little if something gets dirty but a deep cleaning is a MUST and it has to be done by a profesional cleaning company. This

After paying in full for an annual membership at the former Blink Fitness in Lodi, New Jersey, my account was abruptly canceled with zero notice and no refund following PureGym's acquisition of the location. I was then required to re-enroll at a significantly higher rate simply to keep using the same gym.
The facility received a cosmetic update (new green color scheme), but the underlying problems that existed under Blink have not been fixed. Maintenance and cleanliness remain inadequate.
When I and other members raised concerns about the sudden cancellations, lack of refunds, and price increases, staff dismissed the issues by claiming no other members were affected. That claim does not match what I personally observed. While waiting in line, I heard multiple customers both ahead of and behind me describe the exact same experience: unexpected account cancellations, higher rates, and little to no communication from the company.
Of greatest concern is the condition of the restro

Pure Gym Lodi failed in the most basic duty a facility that markets itself to women and families can have: providing a safe restroom environment.
My daughter entered the women's restroom and immediately encountered two adult men engaged in explicit sexual activity. She recorded a short video as she exited so there would be contemporaneous evidence of what she had just witnessed. When she reported the incident to staff on the floor, the employees' primary response was not to secure the area, contact management, or involve law enforcement. Instead, they instructed her to delete the video.
That sequence--illegal activity occurring inside a designated women's restroom, followed by an attempt to erase the evidence--is far more revealing about the culture and operational priorities at this location than any marketing slogan. A gym that cannot (or will not) keep its women's restrooms free of this kind of conduct, and whose staff respond by asking a witness to destroy documentation, has
