I brought my Tesla in for a repair here as it was an authorized Tesla repair center. I was advised the repair would take 20 work hours, or approximately 1 week, but that it stretch into the second week. This was on top of the extra two weeks I waited before even dropping my car off to ensure the parts were in - which they would only order once they received payments from my insurance.<br><br>The entire repair ended up taking over 4.5 weeks. Communication was horrible. Manager called back 2 of the 5 times promised. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.<br><br>When I went to pick up my car the color was off so I needed to bring it back again for two more days. They told me they would cover the rental car costs for that mistake but when I arrived at the rental car there was no record of it. When I picked up my car 2 days later there was still a scratch on it and I was told I could wait 10 minutes if I brought it back. I brought it back the next day and waited 1.5 hours and was told one

I've had my car repaired here twice already. John, Matt and Camila are all fantastic. They kept me informed the entire time throughout the repair process and their repair times are very quick as well. They also cleaned my car for me after the repairs. Would highly recommend them! 5/5 service!

I had an accident with my Tesla. When I decided on a repair shop I came across Prestige Collision since they were one of the few places certified for Tesla repairs. They picked up my car, and took care of everything. The customer service was outstanding. When I went to pick up my car after all repairs were finalized they had my tesla washed, vacuumed, and even charged ready for me to go. Thank you Kosta and all the staff that made this repair happen, for your professionalism, and just for the kindness you guys radiate. No one gave me attitude or made excuses, updates were clear including the expected timeline for repairs. Keep up the good work guys dont ever change!
