Ms. M the infant teacher was amazing and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. When my son moved up to the 1 year old classroom, I didn't like the attitude of the assistant teacher , especially for someone working with toddlers. I expressed my concern to admin through email and it took three phone calls to get them to reply to my email in which they used ChatGPT . They did not care about my concerns. I was told my son cried the entire first day he attended Cresthill but once I moved him to another daycare, he was so happy. I'm glad I trusted my teacher instinct and took him out after day 1

A great first daycare experience for the little one, and could not ask for better support - from the admin team to the infant program under Ms.M's lead, the little boy is well fed, rested and entertained.
