Love the coaches shy and trini ! As a woman they understood my goals about flattening my mid section and gaining a smaller waist and not looking muscular . They both shared their meal ideas and helped educate me on what would help me reach my goals . Do sign up if you're ready to change . They will help you ! Thank you ladies !
