My pedicure took all of 10 min. Then, the woman that did my gel manicure, did not even bother to push back my cuticles or trim them. I am not even going to tell you what the nail polish looked like on my daughter's finger and toe nails. Unbelievable! I think a 5 year old could have done a better job! Then while I was getting my nails done she kept badgering me to get a "10 minute massage." I finally caved as said okay. I was exhausted and figured maybe at least that might be good. NOPE! The massage was nothing particularly special and not really all that great. The icing on the cake was when I went to pay for both myself and my daughter's services, I left a $30 tip. Do you know the woman said "what about the tip for the massage?" Can you imagine? Who the hell asks for a tip? This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. The only reason I went there is because I was in a time crunch and my other nail place could not do my nails that day. Poor customer service, insinc

I usually don't go to places with less than 4 stars but I took a chance and I understand why. Place is clean and comfy but if you are ready to argue about how much tip you are giving this is the place for you. Mind you the prices are already high. I will never go back there!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Ms Jackie. - she was aggressive and rude. French Toe was trash !!!<br>I will NOT be returning here !!!! Jaime Nails in Englewood would Never !!!

I just left tutti nail salon very upset and very disappointed. I made.<br>An appointment over a month ago with for a Joanne.Who is only there on thursdays. I called the evening before to confirm the appointment.They said yes your appointment is at nine thirty in the morning. I get to the salon and there is a woman who is getting ready to sit down with the person that I wanna see. The woman says she has a long-standing appointment on Thursdays with Joanne. No one called me no one said anything nothing. This is the worst service ever.I would never never come to this salon for service. She wrote down my name in the books but she said she didn't know that joanne had a long standing nine thirty appointment. I would never go back to this salon ever.

I went to this salon for the first time today, and it was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had. On top of the terrible service, there was a major issue with payment. When I tried to pay with my card, they repeatedly claimed the card wasn't going through. The staff attempted to charge my card four times,<br>and on the fifth attempt, I realized the machine didn't have paper.<br><br>Communication was extremely difficult, as none of the staff spoke proper English, making it hard to explain that the problem was with their machine, not my card. Eventually, they switched the machine, and I showed them that I had been charged five times, but instead of refunding me, they only offered me a gift card as compensation.
