  Steve was fantastic to work with throughout my recent co-op purchase in Fort Lee / Linwood. As a buyer navigating the unique process of co-op ownership, I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and expertise at every step.<br>He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me properties that actually fit my needs -- no wasted time. When we found the right one-bedroom, Steve guided me through the board approval process, negotiations, and closing with total professionalism. He was genuinely nice to work with and always had my best interests at heart.<br>If you're buying or selling in the area, especially a co-op, I highly recommend Steve. He made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable.
