Wish I could give them one star. Their driver came flying down and started yelling racist remarks to me. I can imagine what this company is like. Completely rude and he didn't care he was in a company vehicle.

Jessie, I would like to talk about what happened with you. This is not the type of behavior my technicians are known for. You can see by all the 5-star reviews that our reputation is impeccable. There is a good chance that this particular van was being driven by someone outside of our company during maintenance. Intra Home Systems did a great job analyzing and then installing a new Network and AV system in our home. They were able to integrate some existing equipment and make modifications when needed. Their technicians were so knowledgeable and also personable. We were never hesitant to ask questions or clarifications about the equipment and connections. Customer service has been responsive before, during and after the actual project was completed. Can't recommend more highly. We think you'll be satisfied in every way.
