  5/5 Stars - Highly Recommend Nikki and the Team!<br><br>We had a wonderful experience working with New Home Kitchen & Bath in Hackensack, NJ, for our recent kitchen renovation.<br>Nikki was absolutely instrumental in guiding us through the selection of our cabinets and countertops. Her design expertise and excellent visual presentations gave us fantastic ideas, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as she answered our endless questions.<br><br>Beyond the design phase, Nikki provided excellent recommendations for a contractor and appliance contacts. We ended up using her contacts and could not be happier with their work.   I had a great experience with this kitchen cabinet store. Nikki was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. The cabinets came out beautifully, and I'm very happy with the quality and the final look.<br>The installer was also very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful cabinets and great service!

  I first went in for a consultation, and Benjamin designed my kitchen layout on the spot. He walked me through different design options, explaining the pros and cons of each cabinet style and layout. He also provided an estimate and a complete 3D rendering the very same day.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Benjamin was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. Communication was effortless, he was always easy to reach, answered all of my questions promptly, and kept me updated every step of the way. Whenever I had any concerns, he was willing to work with me to find a solution.<br><br>Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my kitchen cabinet renovation. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the final result.

  This was supposed to be my dream bathroom and kitchen renovation, but unfortunately the finished product is far from that and falls well below what I would consider professional workmanship.<br><br>The company completed a full bathroom renovation and a full kitchen renovation, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I worked with Danny throughout the project, and Wen provided the bathroom tile estimate, but after that I never saw him on the job site.<br><br>The bathroom tile and grout work are particularly concerning. The grout lines are inconsistent throughout--some are wide, some narrow, and some are nearly nonexistent. Four different grout colors appear to have been used, creating an uneven and unprofessional appearance. In the bathroom seams, silicone was applied in two different colors (yellow and white), which looks sloppy and unfinished.<br><br>The shower drain has visible overcuts in all four corners, even after I brought the issue to their attention and it was supposedl
