I had a great experience at Toyota of Hackensack. The team was very diligent, professional, and accommodating to my needs throughout the entire process. Denis Rosado was SO helpful and professional. I was upset because someone crashed into my car while it was parked, and even though it wasn't my fault, it's always a headache to go through claims and set up body work, etc. Denis guided me throughout the process and was very patient while addressing my questions and concerns. He and the ladies at the service desk coordinated with the rental company and made sure I wasn't stranded without wheels! Denis went above and beyond and I truly appreciate his help and kindness. They did a beautiful job!
