  Working with Matt was a game changer for us. We were all over the map looking at houses across the state, and he never batted an eye.<br>His availability and dedication were incredible. always reachable and patient through every hurdle. The support didn't stop at closing; months later, he was still stepping in to help us track down things we needed from the sellers.<br>If you want an agent who genuinely has your back long after the sale, you need to work with Matt. Highly recommend!

  Matthew Errichiello was absolutely excellent in selling my family's home. Courteous, professional; kept our family top priority. The preparation; photography, use of media, house was sold within the week with 11+ offers. Settled way over asking price. Realty done right. Highly recommend! Sotheby's is the way to go.

  Matthew was great to work with throughout the whole process of selling our condo. He's very patient and took the time to explain every step clearly, which made a big difference for us. He also gave us really helpful advice that allowed us to sell our property with a profit.<br>He did everything he could to keep things smooth and stress-free. He also has a solid team around him -- the attorney and broker he works with were all helpful and easy to deal with. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend him.

  Matt Errichiello is a phenomenal real estate agent, and we were so lucky to find him. We saw a few homes with other agents before meeting Matt and the difference was night and day. There are a lot of agents in this business that want to push you towards anything to make a quick deal for themselves. When we met Matt, everything changed, and our house hunt finally went in the right direction. Matt was different; he was honest and genuinely a great person. Matt seemed most interested in what was important for us, no matter how long it took.<br><br>My wife and I looked at tons of homes with Matt over the course of three months. Matt always showed up to share a coffee and made looking at homes fun. Matt is very experienced and he was the first person to tell us when he noticed something wrong with a home. There were times when he was the one talking us out of a home that had problems and we really appreciated that. We felt like we had an expert on our side and that meant a lot as first-time

  Matt is an expert in his field. Matt sold my home in 2018 in less than 72 hours $10k over asking. Simultaneously, he helped me find a property and negotiated a price reduction of $60k. After inspections, he also helped me to receive a $15k credit for the needed repairs. I was fortunate to have over $90k in equity in my new home as a result of his expert negotiating skills. He handled the complex process gracefully and was always available for questions/concerns. If you want a stress-free experience, do yourself a favor and call Matt. Thank me later.
