I ordered $130 worth of Airpro mask products. I specificaly specified, and paid for, shipping by USPS since I am in Canada. But they shipped by UPS. UPS demanded i pay an extra $63 in fees to deliver. (These outrageous fees are the norm for UPS in Canada, as is their very unreliable service.) I refused shipment because only 13% taxes to Canadian goverenment were actually due. Even though I refused shipment and demanded UPS return it to BROAD, UPS invoiced me for fees anyway. However, I do not blame BROAD for UPS Canada's behavior. But because BROAD caused me so much grief by not shipping USPS, i originally gave them a 1 star review.<br><br>BROAD eventually did re-ship my order by USPS, for no extra charge, as I originally asked. Thank you Broad. So I have upgraded my review of the company to 4 stars. I have deducted one star because I explained my reasons for returning my order 3 times in email and received no action until I posted a review here on google. However, then I received very
