  I've literally have been calling and emailing for MONTHS and no one has even had the courtesy to reach out and acknowledge the received my voicemail or email.

  Once I got my email for the approval of the first half of the application process we began with getting all my documents. There was some back and forth so they can verify some documents, but I finally got my approval email a few days ago and have my appt to sign my lease October 30th. The team was very patient with me and getting them the information they needed and they were friendly and replied quickly to any emails I had with questions. I can't wait to sign my new lease and start my new life in nj.

  Months of back and forth emails requesting the same information. At the end I had to let go of the application process. Was denied to view the apartment upon request before deciding. Tedious process for nothing.
