  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had out-of-town guests staying for the weekend, and on our first night there was no hot water.<br><br>I addressed the issue with the front desk at checkout, and the manager, Aysha Adwan, approached me and said she would review the notes and see what she could accommodate. Unfortunately, the follow-up was extremely disappointing. After an insincere apology, when I provided my feedback, she raised her voice and told me, "If you have a problem, you can call customer care," and then hung up on me.<br><br>I called back twice and was directed straight to her voicemail. Even the hotel staff would not provide me with the customer care number.<br><br>Problems happen, but it is how management handles those problems that matters. I expected professionalism, accountability, and an effort to make the situation right. Instead, I felt completely dismissed. This was a very disappointing experience, and the management response was unaccept

  Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti in questo hotel...<br>Non potevamo fare la scelta migliore per il nostro viaggio a New York.<br>Pulitissimo,gli addetti della pulizia passano ogni giorno e sistemano in maniera maniacale tutto.<br>Colazione veramente eccezionale sia salato che dolce,e variegata di giorno in giorno.<br>Personale super disponibile e super attento alle esigenze del cliente.<br>Posizione 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dei bus che con 3 $ ti porta al centro di manhattan.<br>Camera spaziosissima con volendo cucina in stanza.<br>Ringrazio tutto lo staff dell' Homewood suites hotel per averci fatto vivere la vacanza a New York in maniera eccezionale.
