  We recently had a projector installed. It looks amazing crew was very knowledgeable they did an amazing job I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Event planning can be stressful, but Michael Andrews came through and went above and beyond! We had a two-night event hosted at Foursquare in NYC that entailed group presentations and a panel of judges. The venue's limited tech capabilities (could only provide 2 mics) along with a less than helpful POC were stress points, but our technician David was a life saver. He came prepared with every type of wiring/equipment just in case to make the tech components work seamlessly. The Foursquare tech person was adamant that their mics couldn't be integrated into the AV equipment that Michael Andrews had brought, but he was quickly proven wrong. David handled what could have been a contentious moment with poise and grace.<br><br>Furthermore, David went above and beyond by accommodating whatever preferences we desired and checked in to make sure he came early for the second night's event.   We had a great experience working with the entire team at MAAVS & plan to work with them again for our next event.<br><br>A few specific highlights:<br>- Ali was excellent in understanding the nature of our requests. She also got on the phone directly with the AV team at our venue to ensure a seamless setup.<br>- Onsite, MAAVS was professional & dialed. They set up incredibly early to ensure we had time to get familiar, and make any adjustments necessary before the event began. They were very communicative throughout.<br>- The whole team made it very clear what their jobs were. We knew who to turn to with all questions. They also helped us work out a few unique kinks (our end) day of, without batting an eye.<br>- Turnaround time for getting our edited recording was very quick.<br>-Generally, really easy to work with, great quality of work, kind and personable throughout.<br><br>Thank you!
