  Don't come here. It took over a week to get my clothes back, when I was originally told less than 3 days. I had to email them just to get a response -- the store was closed every time I tried to visit or call. When I finally showed up, my clothes still weren't ready. When I did get them back, they didn't look clean and still had visible stains on shirts worth over $300 each. Overall the worst experience I've had with any business completely unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

  Just want to warn others: DO NOT take your dry cleaning to Deb's Wash and Wear on Palisades Avenue in Garfield.<br><br>I had an absolutely terrible experience and found them to be extremely unprofessional.<br><br>I brought my husband's suit in for dry cleaning and was told it would be ready by Friday at 6:30 PM. I specifically explained that I needed it by Friday because I was traveling out of state on Saturday. When I arrived Friday evening to pick it up, the store was closed.<br><br>I contacted them by text, and they said they could deliver the suit, but only if I paid a deposit through Apple Pay first. Not only that, they were trying to charge me more than their usual price. I explained that I was already standing outside the store and offered to pay in person if someone could come open up, but they refused.<br><br>We went back and forth, and they continued insisting that I send payment before they would meet me or provide the suit that was supposed to be ready as promised.<br><br>V

  From what I understand this is now under new ownership and I cannot believe the awful job they did especially when you are trying to make customers happy. A friend recommended so gave it a try. NEVER AGAIN. ALL my clothes came back wrinkled not even folded. None of the socks were matched. All my husband's white T-shirts came back dingy obviously not washed separately as requested. I wish I could post a picture. Just horrible. I am sticking with EZ Laundromat they do an excellent job.

  I had a disappointing experience with this business. I brought in a blush pink coat for dry cleaning and satin pants to be hemmed. When I first picked them up, the pants stitching was poorly done and the jacket still had visible staining. I raised this immediately and was told both items would be corrected.<br><br>When I returned to pick them up again, the condition of both garments had worsened. The satin pants showed uneven stitching and a noticeable difference in fabric appearance between the two sides. The hemming did not appear consistent with the original fabric finish.<br><br>While the stain on the jacket was removed, the interior lining had torn and frayed seams that were not present before, including open stitching and visible holes. After multiple attempts to correct the issues, both items were returned in worse condition than when they were originally dropped off.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would recommend caution when bringing in delicate or satin garments.

  Very few times I have taken the time to give someone under 5 stars. I have to and I feel bad about it but yesterday 12/31/2025 I brought my dry cleaners to this place close to home for dry clean. My regular dry cleaners are located in Passaic and been using them for over 6 years, but I wanted to try this new company due to having a last minute emergency for New Years. I paid $32 for 5 pieces to get home from work and have to iron the 3 pants myself because they were not done properly they were just thrown in the hangers!
