Their only goal is how they can make more money off of you. Zero humanity and try to upsell you on everything. Won't offer to work with you on treatment and won't explain critical information which is intentional so that they can upsell you some more when your condition deteriorates. THEY HAVE 0 EMPATHY FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON AND WILL NOT BE SEEING ANOTHER $1 FROM ME.

As we explained during your dental visit our fees are not set by us, but your insurance company. We did encourage you to return to finish your treatment immediately since our patients health is our #1 priority. I again encourage you to come to your next scheduled visit so there are no more emergency situations. We also offer various interest free payment plans that patients are explained thoroughly, if you need anything from us we are here for you. <br>-Smiles on the Hudson Team

This entire dental group, which includes front office, dental hygienist, dental assistants and dentists are awesome!<br><br>From the very first time I called to inquire, the staff has been outstanding! They were attentive, cordial, friendly, patient and professional.<br><br>Since then, I have been to the office numerous times. I have had three crowns replaced and cavities filled, as well two cleanings and have been thoroughly impressed! The attention to detail, caring and kindness of the entire staff is so refreshing. You well exceed the gold standard. I would personally put you in the platinum standard class. I got my yearly cleaning in here and it was a great experience. Santi was my assistant and he did a great job at explaining the procedure and any questions I had. Highly recommend this office.

I'm not sure why Dr Simon doesn't have a5 star rating who ever complained is full of it... I am absolutely terrified of the dentist due to childhood trauma to the extent were prior to Dr Simon I used to get IV sedation in order to have any kind of work done but Dr Simon and his staff has diligently worked with me whereas yesterday he was able to just give me local anesthesia without any other sedation!! That is a huge milestone and it's all accredited to Dr Simon and his staff. The compassion and patience there are no words. Lastly the work is true artistry!!!!! I had a crack in my front tooth and the veneers look amazing you can not differentiate from the other teeth.. He is so amazing I moved to Florida and I fly in to NJ for dental work, I solely trust Hudson Smile. I love you guys, you are the Best!!!! Not one rotten apple in the bunch. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
