NA Auto Glass was amazing helped me in every step of the process, including assisting in the drop-off of the equipment. They are a FIVE STAR U-Haul location. Would use them again and again!

Do not ever come to this place for auto glass. Person who answered the phone repeatedly hung up on me because it was close to closing time. And then had the nerve to tell me my windshield was under warranty... Go to the dealership, without knowing how many miles I've put on my car in 2 years! Without a doubt the worst customer service over the phone I've ever experienced, with the level of rudeness maxed out at 10! Low Business rating on Google is confirmed

Call this place to get a price to replace door glass. The person that picked up the phone not a good costumer service person. He would not take my info to give me a quote so he can cal me back with a price.

Called and asked for a qoute. Said my 28 year old car was to old and couldnt get the glass. Had to call another place who took care of me rite away

Ordered a U-haul and it was reserved I even had a confirmation call 3 days before from someone and with less than 24 hours notice they cancelled on me. Gave no reason just cancelled my reservation after they called and confirmed I would have a truck.
