  **UPDATE! The owner reply is now blaming insurance instead of taking accountability of a discharge without prior written notice, data supporting that decision and not providing proper transition of care. I'm not surprise, once again avoiding any responsibility. My insurance coverage has nothing to do with the companies lack of communication and patient care.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to families seeking reliable ABA services. My son was effectively discharged without any prior written notice, leaving us scrambling to find services elsewhere. We discovered something was wrong when his therapist failed to show up for a scheduled session. Only after reaching out were we informed that services had been stopped.<br>The company later provided different explanations for the decision, including attendance concerns and hours utilization, despite our insurance authorizing services and despite the many circumstances that affected scheduling, including therapist cancellations and i

  We previously attempted to leave a review about our experience with this ABA therapy provider, but were unable to post it at the time because the business listing was not available on Google.<br>Now that the listing is active again, we feel it is important to share our experience so other families can make informed decisions when seeking ABA services.<br>During our time with this provider, we experienced inconsistent communication and a lack of transparency regarding scheduling, service delivery, and changes affecting our child's therapy. Most concerning, services were stopped without prior notice or a proper continuation of care plan. We were not given clear communication in advance, which left us without time to prepare or secure a smooth transition for our child.<br>We also faced challenges obtaining clear written explanations and documentation when questions arose about service delivery and attendance.   I previously raved about ABA Centers because I believed they truly put children and families first. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my perspective.<br><br>I was given a little over a month's notice that ABA Centers would no longer be accepting my insurance. Anyone familiar with ABA services knows that finding a new provider is not a quick process. It can take 5-8 weeks, or even longer, just to find a facility willing to evaluate and accept a child--especially during the summer when availability is even more limited.<br><br>What has been most disappointing is the lack of support during this transition. Since receiving the news, no one from the facility has reached out to offer recommendations for alternative providers, discuss a transition plan, or provide guidance on how to help my son adjust to a major disruption in his routine.
