101 Chicken serves Korean fried chicken in Fort Lee, New Jersey, at Washington Bridge Plaza on Lemoine Ave. A robotic arm works the fryer, so every order cooks at the same time and the same temperature. People still make the batter and the sauces by hand. Executive chef Byungtae Ahn won Grand Champion on The K-Chicken War on Netflix, and the recipe here is his. Order it original, potato crisp, sweet and spicy, hot and spicy, or soy honey. There are chicken sandwiches, chicken and rice bowls, caesar salad bowls and wraps, ddukbokki, cheese balls and fries. Dine in, pick up, or have it delivered. The first 101 Chicken opened in Fort Lee in 2024.

Super friendly staff, and the chicken sandwich was SO good! Definitely my favorite! The Supreme Chicken is my second favorite, and it's a must-try if you like spicy food. The Hot Pepper Chicken has this unique flavor that's oddly addictive

robot chicken? chicken robot? A ROBOT MADE MY CHICKEN!!! <br><br>is that not crazy? I went to 101 chicken in fort Lee / near the George Washington bridge and was able to try their chicken. My expectations exceeded. The chicken is crispy well battered sauced very good and not too saucy <br><br>I've never seen a robot make my food better so this was such a cool experience & I was able to step back into the kitchen (very organized btw and clean) to see other technology they use. They made a rose toppoki which used a cool machine that basically mixes everything. It made the sauce soooo good - I think the best toppoki I had tbh! Make sure to dip your chicken into the sauce, don't waste it!!!! <br><br>Lastly the chicken.... My favorite is the soy because that's a classic. My family enjoyed their award winning potato one (so unique) and the garlic cheese. This is the least satisfying Korean chicken spot in Fort Lee. With many other Korean chicken restaurants nearby, it's wise to explore those options first. The chicken is excessively salty, overshadowing the intended spices. Typically, Korean chicken spots serve pickled radish, but here, it's overly sour and cut so finely that it appears messy. This restaurant doesn't do Korean chicken justice and is certainly not one I would recommend again.
