I had a very concerning experience while driving past Ace Auto Body on Railroad Ave. The owner and a tow truck driver were blocking the road, preventing cars from passing. I honked to get their attention, and instead of addressing the issue, the owner waved me off as if nothing was wrong. I stepped out to let them know I needed to get through so I could bring my kids to school, and the owner immediately got aggressive, got in my face, and told me to "get off his property" -- even though I was literally standing in the middle of a public road. When I told him he needed to move the truck so traffic could pass, he responded with "what are you going to do about it" and tried to escalate the situation into a fight.<br><br>The tow truck driver was at least respectful and eventually moved after about five minutes, but the owner's behavior was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. This is not how a business owner should treat people in the community.

The owner was super thorough and explained everything step by step. I've honestly never been this happy with any auto body shop.<br>My car was badly damaged from a hit-and-run, but he got everything replaced and now it looks like a brand new car. Really appreciate it!

I brought my vehicle in to have some damage on the tailgate repaired. I could not be happier with the service. KJ did a great job with the repair, the damage is unnoticable. He was also very responsive and very helpful with questions I needed answered. I highly recommend Ace Auto Body

They did a great job with some cosmetic work on my bumper! I couldn't even tell where the repairs were. I loved that they worked quickly and were priced well. Would highly recommend!
