Pamby's service center takes care of their customers.<br><br>The most important thing that I have found is that the service advisors are honest and helpful - which is likely a reflection of the integrity of the Pamby's (owners)

Gentlemen who provided me service was polite so I want to come out stating that fact. I came in to get a coolant flush which I expected to be 200-300 due to the area being more expensive to run a business and convenient area for myself but the grand total came out to $570. Providing a photo below for high level quote of how long and how much the job should come out to. I paid for the service and nothing was wrong but felt I was overcharged due to the fact I was charged 2.6 hours for the work and a high rate card of $175 did not make me feel great.

Called at 9am on 12-12 to make a car repair appointment. Spoke to service manager expaining a minor issue (hose replacement) and would like to bring the vehicle in. He said no thanks and hung up. Crazy stuff. Ok... I'll go somewhere else besides clowntown.
