I liked their full pack deal, saved me a lot of time packing.<br>I'm professional my self and I don't have time to do all this work by myself we needed help packing.<br>The Ciao Bella crew did a great work, can't ask for more.

Stay away,scammers,all kinds of hidden fees then will hold your stuff till you pay,they did this to my mother in law who doesn't speak English, on a fixed income and has very little, they are truly the lowest of the low,surprised they are still in servic

This moving company is seriously the best!! I moved in August in Manhattan and they were so quick to get the boxes from my old apartment packed up in their truck and brought everything to the new place in a timely manner. The elevator in my new apartment was down during my move and the moving guys didn't complain once about bringing everything up 4 flights of stairs in the 100 degree heat in August. They were so sweet and when I tried to help them carry some of the smaller items up they wouldn't let me. Very professional, quick, and nothing was damaged or broken in the move. Additionally their boxes were really good and sturdy as opposed to some of the boxes I bought from Uhaul which were flimsy and didn't hold their shape. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and would recommend to all my friends.
