  I can't emphasize how good this nail salon is, the staff is wonderful all of them are super helpful and amazing. Dayana is my nail tech she does amazing work super crisp and always consistent. I see her weekly for my hands and every two weeks for my pedicure. She has the softest hands I often joke with her and tell her if she needs a second career she could be a surgeon. The nail salon is always clean and cozy. I can't say enough positive things about this salon. Trust me I searched for a good place for years. I found this place based off their highly reviewed rating. They deserve the rating they have. Dayana is a god send In my life I get so many compliments on my manicure she is amazing. Marcela is also amazing, you could come here and try anyone of the ladies and leave with a great manicure or pedicure. Make an appt because they are very busy and walk ins are not always accepted.

  Excellent experience. Beautiful nails, great hand massage and cuticle care, friendly people. Everything was perfect.

  Hello, I used to love this nail salon, but I haven't been back, and the last time I went, the same thing happened again. I'm paying for a service, and I appreciate it, but it's not fair that I'm paying more than at other salons in Englewood and they rush through the service, don't sterilize their tools properly because they're rushing, and apply whatever nail polish they want. It doesn't seem fair when getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and this is the complete opposite. I won't be returning to this place, and neither will my family. They always rush us, and I'm paying for a service. It was the worst experience, but thank you anyway<br><br>Hola, antes me encantaba este salon de unas, pero no he vuelto, y la ultima vez que fui, volvio a pasar lo mismo. Estoy pagando por un servicio y lo agradezco, pero no es justo que pague mas que en otros salones de Englewood y que me atiendan con prisas, que no esterilicen bien las herramientas por la prisa y que me pong

  Elegancia Nails is the absolute best nail salon. I moved to New York and still come back here because their work and service are truly unmatched. The space is spotless, the staff is so warm and friendly, you genuinely feel like you're surrounded by good friends. Everyone here is unbelievably meticulous with their work. I get hard gel nails, and Blanca always does an incredible job, she's a true perfectionist! Each set is $80 and worth every penny for the level of care and precision she gives. While walk-ins can be tricky, they always honor appointments and never make you feel rushed, and scheduling via text is super convenient. I cannot recommend Elegancia enough!

  Very disappointed.'!!<br>3 of my nails fell off within 2 weeks.<br>I paid $135 for basic nails that should be at most $65. Service took way longer than it should have.
