  As a complex prop-tech start up, we rely on partners with solid technical knowledge and expertise in managing all facets of operational consulting.<br><br>When we needed a serious full-stack software programmer, with leadership experience to support our backend development team, Prestige Consulting came through big time!<br><br>Gennady set us up with one of his senior, fractional, developers who fit right in with our team and got up to speed fast.<br><br>We were very impressed by his background and what he brought to the table. He jumped in immediately, operated at a senior level, and made a major impact from day one. We ended up working together on demand over the course of two years, and the quality of work and professionalism never wavered.<br><br>If you are looking for top-tier talent without the headache of long hiring cycles, I definitely recommend working with Prestige.

  It was fantastic working with Prestige! They helped us build AI automations to address tax season chaos. We're a small practice so there is a lot of time spent chasing clients for documents, signatures, and/or follow-ups instead of actually doing the work or growing the business. They helped us automate all of that, giving us back countless hours. It was affordable with almost immediate ROI.   If you need a CPA who can handle complex situations, I highly recommend Prestige Consulting. My taxes had gotten complicated after cashing out equity while also managing a real estate portfolio. Their team explained the tax implications clearly, helped me structure everything properly, and put a strategy in place that saved me lots of stress (and money).
