Not helpful with extremely simple charger port cleaning, instead insisted a part must be ordered in, never even looked at the charger port. Stated whole phone was probably broken due to water damage, then recommended I trade in my phone. Took it to another repair shop, had it cleaned in five minutes. The phone works perfectly fine and I am writing this review on the phone right now.

We Fix to the rescue!!!! My laptop wouldn't hold a charge. After speaking with Apple they sent me to Best Buy to get it fixed. Turns out Best Buy couldn't do anything on site. They were going to have to send my laptop away to get a new battery and it would be gone for 2 weeks. I walked out. I then stumbled into "We Fix" and they told me they could order the battery to their store and would be able to fix it in two hours. Turns out it wasn't my battery that was the problem. It was a faulty charger that was bent that caused the motherboard to short that caused my fan to run continuously and blew my battery. It took an extra 2 days to fix but I got a new battery and he fixed the motherboard for less than half the price I was quoted at Best Buy! (I also needed a rush order done because I was leaving the country. He got it done in time.) Jevdet is the BEST! Don't bother going anywhere else. Super smart and super kind as well. I had a wonderful experience at WE FIX In Edgewater, New Jersey, the two gentlemen that helped me Jevdet and Hussain were very professional and friendly. They fixed my phone and I was very impressed with how they treated me as a friend and I will be going back very soon to have some more work done on another family member's phone. I'm looking forward to seeing them again. I highly recommend this establishment. You will be very satisfied. !!!
