They provided no service at all. I came with my referral and X-rays, and the doctor only saw me for a few seconds to say they would calculate the total cost and let me know. I was then surprised to be charged around $200 as a consultation fee, despite receiving no actual consultation or service.<br><br>Communication was not clear or professional. I was told they were in-network with my insurance, but later discovered they were out-of-network, which resulted in unexpected charges.<br><br>Please be careful if you decide to visit this dentist!

Dr. Olga Lorenzo is the absolute best dentist! She is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and she always makes me feel calm and comfortable during my visits. Donna is the sweetest dental hygienist -- she has such a nurturing and gentle way about her. The front desk staff are also amazing: patient, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend Family Dentistry!

I have gone to the same dentist for years but after the pandemic, services were not the same. I moved into a new neighborhood and decided to find a dentist closer to where I lived. I love how there is a pediatric dentist that is separate from the family dentist. My daughter loves Dr Jenny from Caring Smiles and so my husband and I wanted to try Family Dentistry that is connected! Melissa in the front desk was very attentive and friendly. She was very informative on what I needed as a new patient and guided me for next steps (especially on a busy Saturday!) Nicole as my dental hygienist was kind, professional, and she did amazing work for my cleaning! I loved everyone I interacted with and I am so excited for my next cleaning! Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office's administrative process and communication.<br><br>On October 27, 2025, I called to make an appointment and was asked to provide my insurance information. I texted a photo of my insurance card the same day, but never received any confirmation or response. Despite that, I was given an appointment scheduled for December 18.<br><br>Then, on December 16, just two days before the appointment, the office contacted me again asking for my insurance. After checking, they called to inform me that they do not work with my insurance company.<br><br>It is frustrating that this was not verified two months earlier, especially since I had already provided the information when requested. This resulted in wasted time and unnecessary inconvenience.<br><br>Additionally, the receptionist was very impatient on the phone when I tried to ask questions, to the point where I had to say, "Can you let me finish?" before I could explain myself.<br><br>I unders
