  My husband, Eric, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Meir Olcha and the entire Perch Fertility team. From the very beginning of our IVF journey, we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for during every step of such an emotional and life-changing experience.<br><br>After years of hope, uncertainty, appointments, treatments, and so many emotional moments, we are beyond grateful that we found Dr. Meir Olcha. Today, we are so happy to say that we are expecting our baby. Dr. Olcha and the Perch team made us feel like more than just patients.   My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Perch Fertility and Dr. Olcha. Going through fertility treatment can be one of the most stressful, lonely, and emotional experiences a couple faces, but from day one, the entire team at Perch made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>What stood out most was how involved and attentive everyone was every step of the way. They never left us wondering what was happening or what came next. Every question was welcomed, every concern was addressed, and they always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and understood. We never felt rushed, and they always made us feel like we were their top priority.<br><br>The level of care is really exceptional. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Olcha himself, every single person is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind.   I had an incredible experience with Dr. Olcha and the entire team at Perch Fertility. From the very first visit, they showed such genuine compassion and took the time to really listen--especially when I was sharing my history of previous miscarriages, which isn't easy to talk about.<br><br>Dr. Olcha has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel completely supported and understood. He created a thoughtful, personalized plan for how we would move forward, which gave me so much peace of mind during a very emotional time.<br><br>Even though we ultimately didn't need to implement the plan because I was fortunate to conceive naturally, just knowing there was a clear path forward made all the difference.<br><br>I'm so grateful for their empathy, professionalism, and care.
