  I came for an oil change. It took me two hours and they leave my car hanging and no one's working on it for one hour lying to me saying there's two technicians when I saw nobody there and they're overpriced and overly crowded understaffed staff is nice and polite, but that's about it. This place sucks. Also, they're trying to tell me that my tray might be ruined trying to charge me another thousand dollars just for an oil change. I think I'll just go to oil oil from now on 15 minutes in and out done

  Tried the drive-through ATM first, but it was out of service -- ended up parking near the main financial center instead, which turned out fine since there's plenty of parking right by the building.<br>Visited in the early evening and felt completely safe the whole time. Rutherford has a nice, community feel to it -- good foot traffic, a well-kept part of town -- and this branch felt more like a neighborhood bank than a typical big-box location. The ATM lobby inside was clean and worked without any issues.<br>Haven't used the teller services yet, but based on this visit, it was a smooth, pleasant experience. Would happily come back if I'm in the area.

  This bank from 5 years ago has come a long way I have changed my review to 5 stars mangers are professional and polite and go out of there way for clients excellent job guys thank you and<br>Maria Aguiar and John have helped me open up few business accounts and they are very friendly and professional and know how to handle business and they are fast 5 stars great job guys and let's not forget tellers they always say hello and good bye and your in and out very professional I am very happy with this branch great job all around especially the main mangers
