  Where do I even begin? This place was built in 1986, and the hallways look exactly the same as they did in 1986. It's like you're waiting for the "Shining" twins to pop up at the end of the hallway--that kind of vibe. Hot water here is sometimes great; however, for the most part, hot water is nonexistent! You tell the super and property manager this, and they just want to enter your unit and let the water run... as if we haven't done that already! They never fix the actual problem! So, residents had zero hot water during the snowstorm last winter! Zero urgency from the building super or management.<br><br>Now, the doorman issue. Originally, there was always a doorman downstairs, both day and overnight! Recently, they changed that, so there's no overnight doorman, only one during the day, per the email sent to residents last year. However, they quietly changed the doormen from full-time to part-time. There is only someone here part-time, very sporadically! This has caused packages to ju

  There's never no hot water, they cut the doorman's hours. The super is never available always has an attitude is rude to people especially to elders. Waits to fix things. Doesn't provide his personal cell phone number for emergencies like this. My family and I haven't had hot water in 2 weeks

  Before we moved here, they told us air conditioning is turned on May 15th. Last week on May 15, we were told they do not know when it will be turned on. It's 90 degrees and tenants are suffering (No, we are not able to use window units)<br>Lobby has caution tape for months all over!<br>They no longer have a doorman, even though we pay for 24 hour door person. Last week emergency services had to be let in by a resident Because there was no one at the door and people were stuck in the elevator.<br>Leading person who sits in office, is a big guy who's disrespectful to most of the female tenants. Fort Lee is corporate office and they are just as nasty to residents.

  Tenant for 5+ years - building shuts off AC access on early September each year but supposed to leave available until at least 10/1. The also delay turning on at beginning of season High rental increase each year. Poorly managed. Trying to shut down pool. Ask to speak with current tenant before signing lease.

  Wonderful place to live in. Super comfortable, great staff and everyone is very helpful. I would love to move back
