There are no words! The venue is beautiful and growing fast! All of the rooms are beautiful AND THE VIEW!!! We booked in January 2025 for our June 2026 wedding and were a bit worried about the ongoing renovations but when I tell you that Katherine & the team do an amazing job and truly the place is amazing! Our attendant was amazing and the food was just unbelievable. We did the around the world buffet that our guests are still talking about how special it was! Throughout the process, Katherine was a really partner in helping us with our vision - she even recommended and found deep dish pizza as a cocktail hour offering when we wanted to bring a bit of Chicago to northern NJ. She even went out of our way to help coordinate a surprise with my cousin on our big day! The team was so fast with set up and clean up and everything ran so smoothly.

Had my wedding here and it was one of the best experiences I had. The view was gorgeous and the food was very delicious with huge portions! Katherine was very flexible and understanding throughout the process. I will definitely hold another event here in the future.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Acqua Catering as the day-of coordinator and event designer for a quinceanera this weekend, and I was truly impressed.<br>Katherine was wonderful to work with--responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, Rocio was exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make the grandparents and parents of the quinceanera feel special, constantly checking on them, bringing drinks, offering additional food, and making sure they had everything they needed. They were treated like royalty.<br>The bartenders were also fantastic--friendly, professional, and welcoming to every guest. The level of service from the entire team was outstanding. I would gladly work with Acqua Catering again and highly recommend them for any special event. @quinces.by.maritzas
