Recently, I used unwind mover. Actually, I've used them twice in the last year. I was very, very pleased with your service. They were punctual Giovanni and Santos did an excellent job. Christian & Roy are helpful & friendly professionals! My wife & I moved on 9/1/26! Now that that we are finally... ALMOST... completely settled in, it's time to reflect! In hindsight one of the easiest aspects of our move was utilizing UNWIND MOVING! Their friendly & professional service & their on site moving professionals made their part of our whole moving experience easier! Moving is ranked up there amongst with some of the most stressful experiences in a persons life! Personally having lived in 3 different countries & well over 10 neighborhoods in my lifetime I would recommend UNWIND MOVING!! I want to be clear: the movers were awesome! I'm disappointed in the lack of communication about pricing upfront. When consulting with Christian about our needs we sent pictures of our furniture & expected the estimate that he provided to be accurate for the day of the move. The pricing was great & we were excited to move forward.<br><br>During the move, the movers informed us that the price would "go up a little because it is taking more time" that makes sense. We expected perhaps $100-$150 more. Come time to pay and we are almost DOUBLE what we were quoted.<br><br>In fairness, it took almost double the time that they quoted, however no other items were added and y'all KNEW what you were moving. We sent photos. It felt incredibly shady, and it felt like Unwind underquoted us so we would choose to use their business just to up charge us once the work was completed.<br><br>I spoke with the manager and raised my concerns and nothing was addressed. We agreed to a price and to almost doubl

So great. So easy to book. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. The guys were fantastic to work with. Extremely respectful everything got to the new apartment completely intact! Would absolutely use them again

Excellent service!! Beginning with the quote made by Roy, he was very clear on everything he did and took the time to talk to me about everything I needed to know.<br>Then on moving day we had a little delay but when they came to do the moving it was very professional, Bryan and his crew are the best for this service, they were very careful with everything, not a scratch when we arrive at our new home.<br>We are so happy, and we definitely use them again if we need a moving company in the future.<br>Thanks for the service provided, keep up the good work guys!!

Bryant and Mingo are absolute professionals! I've had a piece of furniture sitting in my basement for 11 years, and for years I've been wanting to move it upstairs to my bedroom. Other moving companies wouldn't touch a single-item job, and I wasn't comfortable with less established options.<br><br>When I contacted Unwind Moving, they didn't hesitate. They were willing to move just one piece, offered reasonable pricing, and scheduled the service quickly. On the day of, they were on time, communicative, and genuinely professional throughout. The whole experience was seamless.<br><br>I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need movers who treat your belongings with care, Unwind is your answer.
