My husband and I were searching for the perfect home. Lance helped us look for the ideal house for over 18 months until we landed in our perfect house before it was even on the market. Not only was it PERFECT, it was within our budget. Lance was extremely patient, as I had a lot of things I wanted for the house, and the location was prime. Once we landed on the perfect home, Lance made sure we could land on being under contract with the offer we placed. Once our offer was accepted, Lance made sure my husband and I understood the process from start to finish, as we are first-time home buyers. Being extremely nervous, Lance was available to answer any questions we had via calls or text messages, any time, any day. He never left us confused and was thorough throughout the process. His patience throughout the home inspection, negotiation, and closing procedures was greatly appreciated, and if we had to go through this process again (which we won't, as he found the perfect home), we would d

Was recommended to Lance through a family member and had an excellent home buying experience. Extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating to our schedules, and really helped us narrow our search down to find the right place. Not only was Lance able to walk us through every step of our first home purchase, but he has a great network. Whether we needed a mortgage broker, inspector or attorney, Lance had a list of names ready to recommend. Everyone clearly knew each other well and worked together to make the entire process far less stressful than we thought. At no point did my partner or I ever feel rushed, confused or surprised, and we wound up with a wonderful home that we couldn't be happier with.<br><br>If you're looking for a home in North Jersey, I highly recommend Lance and his team. Lance was AWESOME! He followed through on his commitments, helped us stick to important deadlines and always made me feel like he was working in our best interests. My parents sold their home after 45 years so this process was very emotional. Lance showed empathy, flexibility and support throughout the entire process. I have already recommended Lance to other friends and know he will not dissappoint them, as well!
