  Not too happy with Content Party Rentals. They misquoted me over the phone and then tried using pressure sales tactics to get me to sign an agreement for an upcharge.<br><br>Much better options in the area!

  Extremely disappointed how their quality of service has gone down.<br><br>Rented from them 2 years ago for our almost 200 person wedding. Had no issues except delivery refusing to bring our order up a total of 3 steps. Yes 3. So we had to bring our ENTIRE order + over 100 chairs inside ourselves.<br><br>Flash forward to our recent baby shower. Physically went to their showroom to pick out what we needed and make the order in person. Order was still wrong. We also did not receive our quote until days later when we were told we would get it that day. We had to reach out and ask for it (we think they forgot).<br><br>Our delivery was scheduled for a Friday, on that Monday I received an email saying our linens that we picked out almost 8 weeks prior were suddenly not available. I needed under 15 tablecloths. This was a specific color so not sure how this happened or was not put on hold? Had to scramble and find a new rental company for those.   Absolutely Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend<br><br>I placed an order with Content Party Rental for 76 white chairs and 10 white umbrellas for an all-white themed event. What I received was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. First, they delivered beige umbrellas instead of white -- completely throwing off the event's color scheme. The umbrellas were dirty, rusted, broken, and unusable. The white chairs were filthy, with visible grime and rust. The tables were outdated and worn -- definitely not what you'd expect from a professional rental company.<br><br>On the day of the event, I called the company to report the mistake and request a fix, only to be told by the woman who answered that "no one was available to help" and I was basically out of luck. I had over 100 guests arriving, and my daughter was devastated that the theme and aesthetic we planned so carefully were ruined.<br><br>I followed up the next business day and spoke with Vanessa, who was rude, dismissive, and un

  Was suppose to come friday by 4PM. No call no nothing. Having my party the next day on a Saturday kinda need all of it by the time they tell me right? Nope didnt come till 8AM the next day without any warning or calling. Terrible. Will never use them again! Needs to go out of business!

  Big thanks to CPR for accommodating me with the last minute additions. Vanessa you are amazing and the guys who came in to set up the tents, chairs and tables were very professional as well. Bravo!!!
